1. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final.

This includes:

• Online courses

• Teaching series

• Digital downloads

• Recorded lessons

• Educational materials

Once access is granted, refunds will not be issued.

2. Mentorship, Coaching & Signature Programs

Mentorship, coaching, and signature programs require time, preparation, and scheduling.

• Payments are non-refundable once services begin

• Missed sessions without notice are not refundable

• Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice, subject to availability

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases

• Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
